League City, TX (July 26, 2024): The following is an update to LCPD Case 24-2855.
League City Police Detectives have arrested 51-year-old suspect, James Hart. Hart was arrested and charged with Tampering/Fabricating Physical Evidence w/Intent to Impair a Human Corpse ($80,000 Bond).
After a diligent and thorough investigation, Detectives completed an arrest warrant for Hart with the charge of Tampering/Fabricating Physical Evidence w/Intent to Impair a Human Corpse with a recommended bond of $80,000. Once the warrant was signed, on July 25, 2024, at approximately 4:36 p.m., League City Police Detectives placed James Hart in custody without incident from the marina in the 700 block of Davis Rd.
