Steven Rhea began his career with the City of Friendswood as the Assistant City Manager in July of 2018. He was promoted to Deputy City Manager in May of 2024 and is responsible for Community Development, Parks & Recreation, Public Works, Engineering, and Economic Development.
He enjoys being a part of the community and spending time with his family.
