On April 22, 2025, at approximately 2:15 PM, the Friendswood Police Department’s Field Support Unit arrested Thomas Latin, 26, in the 5900 block of Jasper Jones Way, in Houston, TX. Latin was taken into custody for two warrants, one for Felony Sexual Assault and one for Indecent Assault. Both warrants were issued by the Galveston County District Attorney’s Office following an assault investigation.
