Rate Determinations
- Single family residential customers sewer rates are based on winter months’ average water consumption.
- Commercial single unit, multi-unit residential or commercial sewer rates are based on 100% of water consumption.
- Multi-unit residential and commercial rates are charged per water meter connection.
Monthly Minimum Charge
The monthly minimum charge for all customer classes, inside City limits is $29.90.
Monthly Volumetric Charges (Inside City Limits)
- Single Family Residential (based on Winter Months Average): $4.60 per 1,000 gallons
- Multi-Unit Residential: $4.60 per 1,000 gallons
- Commercial (single or multi-unit): $4.60 per 1,000 gallons
Lawn & Landscape Irrigation
There is no sewer charge for lawn and landscape irrigation systems, where the water passing through the water meter is used for no other purpose.
Outside City Limits
- Outside corporate City limits: 1.5 times inside City rate
