League City, TX (February 5, 2025): League City Police Detectives have arrested 34-year-old suspect, Taylor Hart of League City. Hart has been arrested and charged with two counts of Possession of Child Pornography >=50 Depictions or Videos ($160,000 Total in Bonds).
In November, the LCPD Criminal Investigations Division (CID) and the Houston Metro Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force received a tip which initiated a three-month long investigation of League City resident, Taylor Hart. On Tuesday, February 4, 2025, CID Detectives and ICAC Investigators, with assistance from LCPD Special Investigative Unit (SIU) Detectives, executed a search warrant at Hart’s residence in the 1100 block of W Main St.
The search of the residence resulted in locating several electronic devices containing child pornography. Hart was taken into custody and transported him to the League City Jail without incident. The investigation remains open and ongoing.
